Baby Wise, oh Baby Wise, how I love you!! This book is seriously a life saver! For all those new parents who want help with questions/concerns on their infants, this is the book for you! It has helped me establish a routine for both Jack and Phoebe when they were newborns and has made my life so much easier! Both Jack and Phoebe slept through the night at 2 months and have been very happy babies! It's great because it answers so many questions and allows you to assess their needs, your needs and fit their schedule into your day, so you know what to expect and can plan things out....which is great if you're a planner, like me! Totally recommend to everyone!
Then there's, So You Want to Raise a Boy...the funniest, most insightful book into the brains of all little boys. Nick and I were reading the chapter entitled, "The Age of No Reason," which covers 2 to 3 year old boys, which is where we are at with Jack right now, and oh boy, it couldn't be more true! This book is great for parents raising boys and wanting help understanding their little personalities and help with knowing what to expect! We were laughing all night at just how Cleon Skousen describes in great detail why boys do things...and why we as parents do things to get them to do other things, but in most cases the parents lose the battle (if their not aware of WHY the boy is being a certain way). So, this book has helped a great deal with Jack too! It's like a support group in a book for all parents with boys! :) Jack is way cute, has a strong personality and keeps us on our toes!
I will have to check out these boys. Zachary truly is in the age of no reason. He is so wonderful, but we do have our battles :) Thanks for listing these!
